Self Catering Accommodation Details
These self-catering apartments have been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is situated in one wing of the Grade II Listed Hall. It is within walking distance of the village of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.
The self catering accommodation comprises of five self catering apartments - for a more detailed look at the apartments see www.selfcatering-in-snowdonia.co.uk. All apartments have free Wi-fi internet access.
- Three first floor apartments with 1 bedroom sleeping 2 (double beds).
- Ground floor apartment with 1 bedroom sleeping 2 double/(twin beds).
This apartment has wider doors designed to enable easier access for the less abled. - Ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (2 with double/twin beds, and 1 with bunk beds).
We also have to offer Coed y Celyn Lodge an excellent self catering holiday cottage that can sleep 8 people in 4 double rooms all with en-suite. Making this the ideal property for larger groups or families.
With the Apartments and the Lodge we can accommodate up to 22 people. Making this the place to stay for larger groups. e.g. Family re-unions, walking groups or just a large group of friends how want to all be together but in separate self catering accommodation. Booking early is a must, so as not to be disappointed.
The Hall and Lodge are situated in their own grounds on the banks of the River Conwy. About half a mile from the picturesque village of Betws y Coed, your gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Guests can walk in the grounds which include a length of private riverside - a perfect place to relax at the end of a day spent exploring this beautiful part of Snowdonia. This is the ideal base from which to explore and enjoy the many activities and attractions that North Wales has to offer.

Ideal Location at the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' near Betws-y-Coed, North Wales
The facilities of Betws-y-Coed are close by including restaurants, craft shops, a bank, and outdoor shops. Betws-y-Coed is the Gateway to Snowdonia, an ideal location for exploring the wonderful walks and fantastic scenery that Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales has to offer - there is something for everyone. Enjoy a relaxing walk along one of the many forest tracks or lakes, bird watching or fishing. The area is also perfect for mountain walking, climbing, mountain biking (including the renouned Marin Trail and the newly opened 22km Penmachno Ride), white water rafting and pony trekking. There are many places to visit including several National Trust properties (including Bodnant Gardens), the castles of Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris and Dolwyddelan, and the steam railways of Ffestiniog, Snowdon Mountain, and the Welsh Highland Railway to name but a few.

The apartments are easily accessible from the A55 North Wales coast road which connects to the M6 via the M56, or the A5, and is ideally located for exploring Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales.  |
